You Sneezed In The Kitchen
You sneezed in the kitchen and felt it happen. Not much. Enough that you went upstairs afterwards.
You have stopped getting on the trampoline. You scan for the toilets when you arrive somewhere new.
You wear a liner on the days you are going to be walking a lot, and you have stopped calling that a decision.
Last month you laughed so hard at something that you had to go and change, and you told nobody, including the person who made you laugh.
You have been carrying this as the price of having children, or the price of being 49. It is neither of those things. It is a seal and a muscle, and both respond to instruction.
Sleep Like A Baby Tonight (Try This 30-second Sleep Trick)
Today I’m sharing a simple sleep trick that will help you sleep like a baby no matter how bad your sleep is today.
A few years ago, a top sleep scientist working with one of the biggest drug companies in the U.S. stumbled on something extraordinary…
A 30-Second “Sleep Trick” that actually helped people sleep deeper and longer — without pills, gadgets, or weird rituals, side effects, or sedatives.
And was fixing people’s sleep for good!
And that’s exactly why the company shut it down.
Because once people fixed their sleep... They stopped buying their high melatonin pills.
So, this doctor walked away…
He quit. Left Big Pharma behind — and dedicated his life to helping people sleep like babies again… naturally.
Today, his 30-second sleep trick is finally available to the public — and it’s already helping thousands fall asleep faster, stay asleep all night long and wake up truly rested.
It’s shockingly simple. You’ll wonder why no one told you this before…
The average sleep score in the US is 41 out of 100, however people who use this 30-second sleep trick consistently average 80+.
The Urethra Does Not Close By Squeezing Alone
Continence is not just a clamp. The urethra seals partly through a plush, blood-rich lining whose surfaces press together and hold.
Estrogen keeps that lining thick and well supplied.
As estrogen falls, the lining thins and the seal gets less reliable. Nothing about your effort changed. The gasket did.
If You Take Statins…Watch This
Her father took statins for 9 years.
Every visit he told his doctor the muscle pain was getting worse.
Every visit the doctor said: "That's normal."
He died of a heart attack at 71.
Cholesterol… Perfect.
Drug… Worked exactly as designed.
But he died anyway.
His daughter is a heart health researcher. That funeral was the day she started asking the questions her industry didn't want her to ask.
What she found has a name.
Almost no doctor screens for it. Almost no patient has heard of it.
She finally said it on camera:
If your parents took statins, or you do, or someone you love does…
P.S. Watch her face when she gets to the part about her father. She's not a person who shows emotion. It still gets her → Almost no doctor screens for this
And Your Pelvic Floor Is Skeletal Muscle
It is muscle like your thigh is muscle. It loses mass and it loses speed on the same timeline as everything else in this decade.
Speed is the part that matters. That muscle has to fire before the cough arrives, not after.
Underneath it, the connective tissue slings that support the bladder neck are collagen, and collagen composition shifts through the transition too.
Three systems, all estrogen-sensitive, all quietly changing while somebody tells you this is normal for a woman your age.
Eight Times
The Cochrane review by Dumoulin, Cacciari and Hay-Smith, updated in 2018, pooled 31 trials covering 1,817 women across 14 countries.
For stress incontinence, 56 percent of women doing pelvic floor muscle training reported cure. In the untreated groups, 6 percent.
Eight times more likely to be cured. Rated high-quality evidence.
Not managed. Not improved. Cured.
That review has existed for years while you were buying liners.
Now Do It Correctly
Do this, and do it precisely, because most of what you have been told is too vague to work.
The movement is a lift. Draw up and in, as though stopping wind and lifting something at the same time. Belly stays soft. Buttocks stay still. You keep breathing.
If you are bearing down or holding your breath, you are training the opposite thing. That is common on the first attempt.
The dose. Eight to twelve holds, each as strong as you can manage for up to ten seconds, with equal rest between them. Three sets a day. Then ten fast, hard squeezes.
The trick nobody teaches. Contract before the event. Before the cough, before the sneeze, before you lift the box or laugh. That one works from the first day.
Give it three months before you judge it. And ask for a referral to a pelvic health physiotherapist, by name, because getting the technique checked once is worth more than a year of guessing.
Nobody told you it was fixable. That is the only reason you have been living with it.
