Awareness / Balance / Clarity / Vitality / Harmony / Energy / Breath / Presence
For over a decade, I worked hands-on with individuals and families, helping them navigate the complexities of physical and emotional health.
From pediatric therapy rooms to professional conferences, I’ve shared insights with students, educators, neurologists, and rehabilitation specialists alike.
But in 2020, something shifted. I realized that the knowledge I’d gathered in clinics and classrooms could reach far beyond four walls — through words.
That’s when I stepped into the world of health journalism.
My writing is more than information — it’s translation. I take what’s complicated and make it clear. I take what’s clinical and make it human.
But my real education has come from listening — to bodies, to minds, and to the stories people carry. Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you understand your own — and give you the tools to live it with intention.
