The Stairs Are Not the Problem
You stopped halfway up the stairs to finish the sentence you were saying. Not because your legs gave out. Because you could not get enough air behind the words.
Your legs itch at night from somewhere inside the bone.
There is a clump of hair in the shower drain you have started not looking at.
You are cold in a room where nobody else is cold.
You told your doctor you were exhausted. She ran bloodwork. It came back normal.
It was not normal. It was incomplete.
Sleep Like A Baby Tonight (Try This 30-second Sleep Trick)
Today I’m sharing a simple sleep trick that will help you sleep like a baby no matter how bad your sleep is today.
A few years ago, a top sleep scientist working with one of the biggest drug companies in the U.S. stumbled on something extraordinary…
A 30-Second “Sleep Trick” that actually helped people sleep deeper and longer — without pills, gadgets, or weird rituals, side effects, or sedatives.
And was fixing people’s sleep for good!
And that’s exactly why the company shut it down.
Because once people fixed their sleep... They stopped buying their high melatonin pills.
So, this doctor walked away…
He quit. Left Big Pharma behind — and dedicated his life to helping people sleep like babies again… naturally.
Today, his 30-second sleep trick is finally available to the public — and it’s already helping thousands fall asleep faster, stay asleep all night long and wake up truly rested.
It’s shockingly simple. You’ll wonder why no one told you this before…
The average sleep score in the US is 41 out of 100, however people who use this 30 seconds sleep trick consistently average 80+.
What Your Cycle Is Actually Doing
Perimenopause is not a slow slide into low estrogen. It is erratic estrogen with progesterone falling out from under it.
In cycles where you do not ovulate, no progesterone arrives to stabilize the lining your estrogen has been building. So the lining builds anyway. Then it comes out all at once.
The Study of Women's Health Across the Nation followed 1,320 women aged 42 to 52 and published its bleeding data in BJOG in 2014. Nearly 78 percent recorded at least one episode of heavy bleeding lasting three days or more. More than 90 percent recorded bleeding that ran ten days or longer.
That is not a footnote. That is a decade of iron leaving your body faster than your gut can replace it.
If you have clingy belly fat…
Blame these 3 “healthy” breakfast foods.
Instead of helping you shed unwanted pounds,
They can act like “glue” and ATTRACT “STICKY FAT”.
What I’m about to show you isn’t for the faint-hearted…But you need to see the truth.
The Number Nobody Ordered
Ferritin is your stored iron. It empties first, years before your hemoglobin drops.
A standard blood count measures hemoglobin. It does not measure ferritin unless someone specifically orders it.
So you can be running on empty tanks with a red blood cell count that looks fine on paper, and be told you are fine.
Iron Is Not Only About Blood
Iron is a cofactor in the mitochondrial chain that makes cellular energy, and in the enzyme that makes dopamine.
Low iron does not just make you pale. It makes you slow, cold, flat, and breathless on a staircase you have climbed for fifteen years.
What To Do This Week
Request a ferritin test by name. In writing, in the patient portal, so it is documented. Not a full blood count. Ferritin, plus transferrin saturation if they will run it.
Then get the actual number, not the word normal. Many labs flag deficiency only below 15 or 30, and plenty of women are symptomatic above that line. The number is yours. Ask for it.
Second. Start counting. Days of bleeding, and how often you change a product on the heaviest day. Two cycles is enough.
A woman saying she bleeds heavily gets managed. A woman with fourteen days written down gets investigated.
If you supplement, take it with vitamin C and away from coffee, tea, and dairy, which block absorption. And get the number first. Iron is not something to load blindly.
You did not run out of stamina. You ran out of iron, and no one looked.
