They Offered You A Fan

You said you were waking at four, soaked, four or five nights a week. You said it had been going on for two years.

You were told it is normal, it will pass, try layers and a fan and cutting down on coffee.

So you bought the fan. You are sleeping under one sheet in November with the window open and a towel on your side of the bed.

And you have stopped raising it, because there is only so many times you can describe something to someone who has already decided it is a nuisance.

It is not a nuisance. There is a body of research treating frequent flushes as a vascular signal, and nobody reads it out to the woman having them.

This “Canned Food” KILLS Brain Cells

Senior moments? Do NOT eat this "canned food" again.

MIT research discovered ONE canned food that contains a “sticky toxin” linked to memory loss in seniors.

This brain-killing toxin can CHOKE your neurons to death – erasing precious memories as you sleep.

So…

Can you guess which canned food is silently killing your memory?

The answer will shock you…

Because it's likely sitting in your kitchen pantries right now:

A Flush Is A Vascular Event

Look at what actually happens in those ninety seconds.

Rapid dilation of the blood vessels near the skin. A rise in heart rate. A surge of sympathetic nervous system activity, then a drop as it resolves.

That is not only a temperature event. It is a cardiovascular one, repeated several times a day, for years.

This “Neon Root” Fixed My Digestion & Skin Issues Almost Overnight

After years of constant bloating, stomach cramps and adult acne that wouldn’t go away, I was so desperate I would’ve tried anything.

That’s how I came across a bizarre “neon root”, recommended by a doctor.

I took it before bed and by morning, my bloating was completely gone. I woke up with a completely flat stomach!

By day 3, the stubborn acne on my face completely disappeared.

If you want to clear your skin and fix your gut by tomorrow morning, you need to see this:

Three Hundred And Four Women

Rebecca Thurston at the University of Pittsburgh studied 304 non-smoking women in their mid-fifties, all free of diagnosed cardiovascular disease, and presented the work at the North American Menopause Society meeting in 2015.

Crucially, the flushes were measured physiologically with monitors, not only self-reported.

Women with frequent flushes had greater carotid intima media thickness, the standard early measure of arterial change.

And the monitored flushes explained more of the variation in that measure than the other risk factors did, including blood estradiol levels.

What A Marker Means

Be precise here, because the researcher was. The study was cross-sectional, and her own conclusion was that frequent flushes may be a marker of underlying risk rather than a cause of it.

That distinction matters, and it does not let anyone off the hook.

If frequent flushes travel with early arterial change, then a woman reporting several a day is handing over a piece of risk information about herself.

The correct response to a marker is to measure the thing it is marking. Not to issue a fan.

Count Them For Two Weeks

Do this. Fourteen days, one number a day. How many flushes in 24 hours, including the ones that wake you.

Frequency is the variable in the research, so frequency is what you bring. A number is harder to wave away than the word often.

Take the count in and ask for a cardiovascular risk assessment, in those words.

Blood pressure measured properly rather than once in a rush. A full lipid panel. HbA1c. A formal risk score calculated and explained to you, with the inputs visible.

You are not asking to be reassured. You are asking to be assessed, on the grounds that you are reporting a symptom the literature associates with early vascular change.

And ask for the symptoms themselves to be treated as well. Enduring them is not protective. There is no credit awarded at the end for having put up with it.

You were never making a fuss. You were reporting data, and nobody logged it.
